Explained everything. Service done very timely. Excellent, clean waiting area. Only issue was asked for help changing selection on a feature and it was not done successfully. Still waiting for them to tell me how to change this display feature.

Comfortable and clean facility. It would be nice, however, if the drinks and snacks were complimentary--as much as we are spending on maintenance. The Hyundai dealership in Cary offers both complimentary, so there are dealerships who do this.
I did not have an appointment and needed my front right tire looked at for a slow leak. Russell greeted me and explained that they would patch the leak if they could and if they could not I would need to get new tire. I received a photo of my car tire and the location where the nail was located. I appreciated being prepared in advance for the possibility of needing a new tire if a patch would not work. The car was ready with in the time frame given for the repair. Great service:)

Went into the dealership without an appointment because I needed a new Battery. I was back out within 30 minutes.
everything was as describe and vehicle delivered on time
The work was done well, but I made an appointment during the suggested time of day so I wouldn't have to wait as long for my vehicle to be ready. I ended up waiting over 2 hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Seemed like a pretty long wait.
It was a great experience, the employees answered all of my questions promptly and didn't charge me extra for a car inspection.
