Setting appointment was tricky. I followed up with a call to verify info was received. Info I entered created msgs to indicate service request was not confirmed. I explained to Chris, service rep. Chris was most helpful, pro active, went directly on-line to locate info, explained he would take care of info, my schedule time was confirmed as req Assuring and efficient. Met Chris as I drove in the garage, welcoming, informative. Service time went as explained. Chris was superb, service, 1st visit

Everybody was nice and friendly. Two recall repairs were done quickly. However, the recall on the side mirrors had to wait for yet another recall visit: that THIS was only a pre-recall visit and now the mirrors would be ordered for future installation was not explained to either of us.
Bret has always taken very good care of my car. He is excellent at Customer Service. Sam the senior mechanic keeps me safe. I would not go anywhere else They r the Best.
