2/3 issues that are covered under Honda's warranty weren't resolved. Vehicle is less than a year old, but technicians weren't able to fix because of their own lack of knowledge on a new vehicle. The service advisors are great though.
They screwed up my car Tire though Honda replaced my tire, but still it is not good

The sales engineer provided terrible customer service, and it was extremely frustrating. Communication was awful.
Not transparent w.r.t. prices
I had a specific request. It was a rubbing on the front passenger brake. They had my car for over 4 1/2 hours and looked at a whole bunch of stuff. I didn't ask them too. When I chose not to do the service, they brought my car back out to me with a cabin filter on the floorboard and my car not put back together.
Communication between recall scheduler, service assistant, and mepoor and misleading.
