My experience was overall excellent. My car was checked in right away by Chris Knott. Chris was excellent. He managed to straighten out my correct email and phone -- something I had asked MORE THAN ONE PERSON TO DO IN PREVIOUS VISITS. He let me know the progress of the work and the approximate time it would be completed.
