The windshield wiper motor quit working and I had to have a new one. The service department didn't have one in stock so it had to be ordered. The windshield wiper motor was in house the next morning and was installed in about an hour. The customer service provided by May and service technician who installed the windshield wiper motor exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and well maintained.
