At Southpoint Honda Peter Cao was my Service Advisor. Mr. Cao provided EXCELLENT service on my 2024 HONDA CR-V Hybrid. I brought the vehicle in for basic maintenance as well as to comply with the North Carolina State Safety Inspection. Tire rotation, oil change, filter replacement, etc., were accomplished and a multipoint inspection was completed. All aspects of the vehicles maintenance and the requirement for NC State Safety inspection were completed in excellent, highly professional and timely manner.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. Charlie M. kept me apprised of what repairs were needed and the cost. I purchased my car from Southpoint and, although I have to drive 90 minutes to get there, I trust them. I had a bad experience in Greensboro and this is why I returned to Southpoint.

Service was smooth and the wait was comfortable. However, they didn't check the carfax report to see that I had a transmission flush done at another service center recently and were asking me to repeat it.
