My Service Writer at Southpoint, Joe Defrancesco, arranged to fix the car correctly and promptly. They even arranged to get me a loaner vehicle when the car was being repaired. I have nothing but the highest praise for this dealership and for Joe D. Thanks for your help in correcting this matter.
