Everything was good. Service was done quickly. New discount package for oil change and tire rotation was offered and purchased.
Opened shop on time and abled to check in at 7:00am. I had 3 service pack and i thought i exhausted all of it. Staff was able to find i had one remaining and I used it to service mine. Overall good experience.
Daniel Lavaty is an outstanding service advisor. Always very helpful and tries to make the process as smooth as he can! Everyone at the dealership is top notch.

I specifically asked for three keys but only 2 were ready when I arrived. I couldn't be given a wait time. Had to wait 45 minutes. This is why I don't usually go to Honda for my car care.
