Great customer service and communication
I came in for a service due to a recall and they turned my car around in less than 2 hours. The working space was very nice, lot of tables and charging ports to plug into for laptops. There were refreshments and snacks. Very efficient check-in and check-out experience as well.

I've always had 5-star experiences with Honda Service Dept. I appreciate your Techs and Advisors. I have my 5/29 visit a 4-star rating because of my text communication with Honda Service. In brief, I requested my appointment with my Service Advisor, Charlie Melella. My appointment with Charlie was confirmed, but when I arrived, it was his off day.
