Excellent service and attentiveness*
Excellent service! The Service Consultant, Peter Cao, kept me informed every step of the way. He listened carefully as I explained the problem and provided me with an estimate once the issue had been diagnosed. I had my car towed from Chapel Hill to Southpoint Honda with a dashboard message indicating a brake problem. It was determined that the brakes were fine. I needed a new battery. Also, there had been a fuel pump recall by Honda on the 2018 Accord which was installed. Good job!
Honda did a great job with my 180,000 checkup. Joe DeFranscecco is my go to service advisor for over 10 years.
All services were completed satisfactorily and timely. No return issues after service.
Great staff, setting, space, service, with quick turnaround. Answer to my issue -a design matter out of the hands of the service staff to resolve fully until Honda develops a fix - was communicated well and their advice for interim countermeasures works well. I forgot my attendants name (getting old ) but she was a young Black women and she was excellent.
Great communication. Fast turnaround. Excellent customer service. Rachel was quick, efficient, great to work with. Glad I bought my vehicle from them.
