When our elderly dog started vomiting SouthSide diagnosed her with pancreatitis and nursed her back to health. They not only provided the medicine she needed, but the personal care and support our whole family needed to get through that scary time. All the staff were wonderful and we appreciate them so much!❤
You guys were amazing! We are 1st time Kitty parents. We are still learning and you guys went above and beyond helping us with all our questions and concerns with Maddy. Dr. Dierschke and her tech Brittany made us feel at ease and didn't make us feel rushed whatsoever. The front desk receptionist was just a sweet and made us feel at ease. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience.
I would highly recommend. They took care of my sweet Tex several of times and even on his last days and handled him and me with such respect and loving care

They are taking good care of our boys (doggies) until Friday. This is where we took Tagalong after his stroke and their compassion for animals as well as for pet parents is why we go back. I love this place. There is a Vet in the building, 24/7. ♥️
I love the staff!! They treat all our dogs like family. When we arrive, we are welcomed with a smile. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares. They always go out of their way to greet the animals.
Today was our 1st visit there with our 1st family pet. They were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Very helpful staff and they love on your animals as they were their own.
