To say these people go above and beyond would be an understatement! We love the staff here almost as much as they love our babies! We had to have our 11 year old lab put down last week and they showed as much compassion as if they were losing one of their own pets! It's unbelievable how loved and cared for we felt in our darkest hour! One of the vet techs even took our 1 year one old daughter to play so we could have time alone with our Lucky one last time! The Vet's & Staff are great . Wouldn't take my Coco anywhere else. Prices are good for the services she needs....

So far so good I've never had one bad experience here. They let me write post dated checks to make payments on the vet bill if it's an extreme amount of money! Staff is OK they could be better but I love the drs that care for my fur babies.

I took my dog, Jacks, here and loved them! One night, after closing, my dog's health went into a quick decline and we went to the after hours emergency Vet at Southside. Our fur baby ended up passing away within minutes of making it to the hospital. The staff was incredible and helped us say goodbye to him and let us have all the time we needed. A few days later, we received condolence cards signed by the staff from Southside and also the after hours vet. That small gesture spoke volumes to their character. I will always tak... read more
