Great hotel & perfect location Great hotel. Very friendly staff, clean room, great decoration, fully stocked & eco-conscious toiletries. Loved the experience

Nice room and very spacious. Loved the little balcony and view was nice. Did not like that they made you use a kiosk to check in with a person located somewhere else when a staff member was sitting at the front desk. It was hard to hear the individual on the kiosk due to poor audio.

Great rooms but very noisy inside and out Rooms are very nice with the the exception of the wall heater/AC units which were excessively LOUD. My daughter was in a second room and it was the same,we both had had to turn the units off to relax or sleep. Everything else would be 4-5 stars. There is also a huge amount of road noise from the hiway
The hotel was trying out a virtual check in kiosk with a remote employee on a screen. It was difficult to communicate, ultimately didn’t work so wasted time and was not private at all as everyone in the lobby could hear and see my room number on the kiosk.
