The positives were it was clean and quiet. I would rank it just fine for the price we paid. I was a little put out when we checked out and a screen came up instead of a person. All in all it was ok for our needs

No spectacular view-but great stay! Lovely little hotel with convenient location and nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing i don't like about the hotel is the check in kiosk! It feels very impersonal. Other than the kiosk it is my very favorite hotel I've ever stayed at!

Beautiful decor, unfortunately the dressers had broken or missing knobs, and the continental breakfast was awful and very disappointing so don't expect to eat well.

I wasn't ready for the electronic attendant at the kiosk.who checked me in. The owner David was there but said Camilla would take good care of me. EXTREMELY IMPERSONAL. The following day, another office guy didn't respond to my salutations right in the lobby. Maybe 10 feet away. Customer service non existent..won't return.
