Great greeting received at check in. Rooms clean. Quiet atmosphere in and out.
It’s OK, but not for that price a night. There was a pet fee ($30) for every pet for every night you stay, no matter what kind of pet (I had caged rabbit,) which they charge you separately when you get there. The room is pretty cool and we had a fireplace. The fridge was super tiny and no microwave. There was someone’s dirty sock, garbage, food and food wrappers under the bed and on the floor. Great place to stay Very glad we chose the southwest in for our first time in Sedona. It was cozy and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Needs to get modern. Exercise room was a joke. Low amenities. Breakfast was snacks. Can't blame it all on Covid.
Small and very nice! Cozy I loved it. Only opportunity trash pickup by city very early for those units in the rear of the property. (The best units I should add with Mountain View’s)
Double vanity! The room was comfortable and the fire place was amazing for such a cold night. Location was also perfect. We were able to hike Cathedral Rock, Boynton and Devil's bridge. It was all very close. Close to food and stores. We would definitely stay there again.
