Don't get a spa room. Staff were very friendly. Room spa was old, too long and narrow and extremely difficult to get out. No microwave. No view because spa rooms are apparently not equipped to handle the extra weight. Fireplace unimpressive. My advice would be to get a second story room to at least have a view.

The room was very nice, looked just like pic. When choosing a hotel, one of the things we consider is a breakfast included on site. This hotel failed miserably with that. Breakfast offerings were very disappointing: Smuckers Uncrustable sandwiches, bowl of apples and oranges, coffee (no tea) and frozen/thawed breakfast burritos., yogurt and thats about it! Loved our stay here. Room was very comfortable! Enjoyed the balcony and the fireplace! Would have liked a little bit bigger breakfast option, but still would be happy to stay there again next time we're in Sedona!

Good location but could use some improvement A few things of concern. Internet was available only near the office. Could not log on in our room. Breakfast could have been better. A/C was very noisy. Only one wash cloth and one bar of soap at check in. On the positive it was a nice location. The room was nice too.

Very clean, quiet rooms. Loved the balcony. The free bkfst was not much of anything.
