The manager was great. She greeted us and did everything to make our stay enjoyable

To be Continued We did not stay at the Southwest Inn at Sedona because they had closed the hotel. The staff tried to make the transition to their sister hotel however that did not go smoothly although they tried. In the end we stayed only one night at the other hotel the staff, once we arrived, did their best to make it enjoyable. In the end the staff of all the hotels, we visited 2 others, bent over backwards for us and reprieved the bad fist impression we had.
