Room was great very relaxing and comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative. Only let down was the wi-fi did not reach to the far end of the property. Worked great by the office but the farther away it would stop.

Check in was very easy. But, the front clerk told us that there is a $30.00 usage/resort fee which included the (free) wifi, the (free) parking and (free) breakfast. I explained to him that the advertisement indicated these items were FREE and he said they were not and never were. Breakfast was included. It consisted of coffee and frozen microwavable enchilada.....dry cereal with no milk.
Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms. My daughter and I had a great stay at Southwest Inn. We loved being able to use the pool after the sun went down. Great location. Very near town and great restaurants. Front desk folks were very accommodating and friendly.
