Vacation in Sedona Pros: The people who worked there were extremely nice and made all the effort to accommodate our requests. Located close to restaurants and hiking trails. We rented a suit and the layout was nice. The rooms were very clean. Cons: traffic noise, WiFi could be a problem, the facility needs overall updating.
Southwest Inn was wonderful. Great location. Cozy room. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Our check-in was super easy. And Matt at the front desk was delightful! Super nice guy with great recommendations. Really appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again!
Loved it! If I could change anything, I would fix the fountain near our room which was broken, and replace the sheets with proper cotton ones. Going to a hotel should mean luxury, when I got home I was much happier with my sheets there.

Lovely smaller hotel .Southwest motifs. Fireplace in rooms . I would stay again
Was concerned upon booking as appeared very motel like although based on price thought it should be ok. Upon arrival had to wait a bit to be acknowledged by front desk person as she was lingering in back. Informed me heater in pool wasnt working disappointing as I read recently the hot tub was out of order. Within the initial 45 minutes in my room I found cockroaches, went down to desk to confim my findings the clerk acknowledged "water bugs" which are cockroaches btw.
