The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. I was disappointed not to have a real balcony, as was pictured, just an outside space with a concrete wall as a view (this was a first floor end room). The real irritation was not being informed upon check-in that there would be no housekeeping because of COVID-19, and we we’re there for three nights. The phone did not work and the staff did not seem concerned or even offer to fix the problem. However, there was a “utility surcharge credit and “upset guest” adjustment
