Great staff, friendly , updated new equipment, very clean throughout. Convenient location easy to find. Veterans welcomed, be sure to get your referral letter from your VA Medical first. VA will coordinate your appointment.
Dr Scroggins is fantastic doctor. I felt no pain at all. He explained what he was doing before he did it. The only problem I hand when they told me I owed a $189 that had to be paid right then. She wasn't very nice about it. When I called today to pay bill she said I only owed $89. Insurance was paying for laughing gas. Otherwise everyone was very nice.
Overall pleased with my experience. Phone interaction prior to appt and front desk staff at appointment was terrific. Dr. Scroggins was personable and I was very happy with how he talked me thru procedure as it happened. It put me more at ease understanding what was talking place and what was coming next. Extraction is never a procedure one looks forward to but, it was pain free with local anesthesia and done quickly. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. His procedure went smoothly and the staff were all very kind. Discharge instructions were specific and clear in a brochure which I referred to often to make sure my son was doing everything he needed to be doing for a smooth recovery.
Dr Scroggins is very good. Same day exam and out patient surgery. He explained everything, set me at ease, and performed the procedure very professionally. I had a mysterious growth in my mouth; Dr Scroggins removed it, stitched me up, and I feel great!
