The facilities are admirable and the service is outstanding. I will definitely return.
One of my favorite Arizona spas. Love the amenities and "extras" in the women's locker room (flavored water, cookies and nut mix in the relaxation room, etc). Having a private heated jacuzzi and cold plunge in the women's area provides a fabulous spa experience.
Every year, my husband and I treat ourselves to a luxurious day at Spa Avania for our wedding anniversary. Our daughter, who lives in Phoenix, always joins us and we make a day of it. We have a massage, a wonderful lunch in the common area, and then spend a few hours relaxing in the mineral pool. Sabrina has given me many wonderful massages, the latest being the hot stone massage. I spa at lots of places in town:JW Marriott Camelback Inn, Boulders, Montelucia, etc... But Spa Avania is still my favorite and you guys did not disappoint on this last visit. Had a 60 min Swedish with Liz. AMAZING. She was skilled, courteous, and professional. Easily the best massage I have had in years. The facilities were clean, staff were friendly, and I will definitely keep coming back. Well done, everyone!

My fiancée booked a spa day for my birthday and it was everything I wanted and more. The staff was professional, my appointments were on time, and the facilities were top-notch. My massage and facial were wonderful and I felt so relaxed after my treatments. I cannot wait to go back! If I had one suggestion, it is that I was unsure how to order lunch or a glass of wine. It would be nice to be made aware of how to do that at check in.
Wonderful relaxing day at Spa Avania. Very professional attendants and massage therapist. Mandatory 20% gratuity was charged when using a special offer. Services are priced high in my opinion. Special offer value was good and I would return using a special offer. I can't give the facility a 5 star because of the broken down tile around the mineral pool surface.
My visit this summer to Spa Avania for a massage was, as usual, magnificent! The spa consistently maintains its pristine cleanliness, attentive staff and its highly--qualified therapists. The summer specials are an amazing deal and money well spent. I will continue to use Spa Avania as my go to destination for my escape from this summer heat!
It was the best spa experience I have enjoyed in a very long time. Every aspect of service, from amenities to service was exceptional. Thank you :)
