Fantastic facial
Carrie gave me probably one of the best massages I've ever had! I spent 4 hours using hot tub, mineral pool, relaxation room, showers etc.

Great! Spa attendants in the spa helping could be a little more friendly.
My daughters and I had the pedicures. The water got cold before the pedicure was done. my heels were still rough after and when I needed a retouch the lady didn't put cotton or spacers between my toes and soon as I walked away the polish on one toe came off. Very expensive and I have had better service. The food also was expensive and not very tasty. It is always so wonderful to be treated like a queen at the Spa Avania! Everyone is so very nice and thoughtful and kind. I especially appreciate Ashley who gave a wonderful massage!
The spa team was great and the experience was fantastic. The hot stone massage was awesome so relaxing.
Upon arriving to the spa one hour early prior to my appointment, I was guided to the men's area, showers, sauna etc... thinking their would be someone their to give me some direction! how to use the lockers: combinations (that never worked) saunas, steam room etc. no one ever showed up.
