The massage therapist was very nice and did a great job. The spa is very beautiful, soothing, and refreshing.
This was our third trip to Spa Avania. The staff is incredible at catering to your every need. They are so friendly and this place is truly Heaven on Earth!! You will not be disappointed in any way. ENJOY!!! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Avania, from making the reservations over the phone to checking out. I was not staying at the Hyatt but a friend of mine recommended this as the best spa. So I came with my Mom and friend for on my birthday for some massages. I had Denny, who was great, very relaxing. We had lunch outside which we pre-ordered before our massages, and it was ready right on time. Renee was wonderful, really took care of us, even brought me a glass of bubbles for my birthday. The garden room was so peaceful and lovely, I will forever go back there in my mind, when I need to go "to my relaxing place." A true treasure, as was the whole spa experience. Perfection.
Massage was great. Only complaint I have is that the room was kept light. I prefer it pretty dark with just some dim lighting.
