I have been coming to Spartan Toyota for service since buying my vehicle there 10 years ago. Service has always been great, the service department staff has kept me aware of needs I may not have known about, but have never been pushy about buying items that I may not need immediately. Very happy with this dealership and its service department.
I have been dealing with Spartan Toyota since 1984. I have had Toyotas in my garage ever since, and I always have them serviced at Spartan Toyota service. I have always been treated with respect and dignity and my car has had excellent service. Today's cars are technical wonders, and Spartan has the knowledgeable technicians to complete the service accurately. I would highly recommend Spartan Toyota service.
I have no complaints with the service I received. I do find it difficult to schedule appointments for service, my office is 50 miles away and I now live over 90 miles (instead of 30 miles) from your dealership. Having said that, I prefer Spartan Toyota over other closer dealerships.
