Been going there for service for over two years. Today, I had a very sweet lady take care of me. Her name was Jennifer Heaton. The service dept became even better than what it usually is. She was the kindest, sweetest person in my two years coming there. I would love to see her get a reward of some kind for her act of kindness and cheerfulness that she had while working in the service dept. Thanks again Jennifer!!!
Dave Edwards has an excellent service department. I bought my first Toyota in 2011 from a dealer in TN and I was so disappointed to find out it had a recall on the steering linkage and the former dealer failed to fix it. So I took it to Dave Edwards and they fixed it right away. I then had my Highlander serviced there every time thereafter. In Aug 2014 I traded that Highlander for a '14 Sienna and have had that vehicle serviced there every time as well. I haven't had any issues out of the service department at all. As far ... read more
