I wasn't happy yesterday at all when I received a phone call about my car. However, when we went back and spoke with the service manager, Charlie, about how displeased we were he took charge and fixed it. I appreciate you owning up to your mistake and making it right. When you take ownership of the issue and fix it, that is the right way to run a business. So, thank you Dave Edwards Toyota for making it right.

Picked up a very nice used 2014 Ford Fusion from them last night for our son. The salesman, William Ledbetter was very professional and incredibly easy to deal with. The car was priced much better than comparable cars on other lots and we were in there and out without wasting to much time. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll look there when we look to buy our next vehicle.
