We move into a house managed by specialized about 3 months ago. Any issue we've had they have had someone out to resolve within the next week, sometimes within the next 48hrs. I'm very happy with them so far especially after dealing with other property management companies that didn't seem to have it in order. I hope the professionalism continues.

We are new tenants with this company and we are very impressed. Mark came to do our inspection and was very courteous!! All of our children were still sleeping and he was very quiet to make sure he didn't wake the kids. He was very informative with what he was doing and why he was doing it. Brenda called us after to follow up and she was very friendly and helped us as well.

I was not able to be in Dallas, and had execute my lease from DC. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, specifically Garret, Tori, and especially Brenda who helped it over the line. Thanks to you all!!!

Working with Specialized property management has been a very good experience, I got to go look at the house on my time with no appointment. Once I got accepted for the house all the paperwork and signing the lease was super fast and easy. I even had to change my move in date and they where awesome at getting it changed so I could move in sooner then what the date on the lease said.
