Had a great experience with this reality company. When I need a house in a short amount of they where able to pull through and make it happen. They moved quick with the application process and they stay on top of maintenance request. Just make sure you read the contract you do have to pay for air filters every month.

I had never owned rental property before and was unsure about where to begin and how to manage things on my own. From the first request by me for someone to reach out to me, up until the property was rented, I had my questions and concerns dealt with quickly and respectfully.
