This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a dental office the staff was very nice and helpful answering all my questions. The doctor was very professional and his assistant was a sweetheart. To sum it all up they know their stuff 😊 they did not take all day. I would recommend specialized surgeons to everybody this dental office had a wonderful staff very kind to me. The doctor McFadden had a very great bedside manner.. he showed patience and understanding. I just assumed I would be in so much pain after. My appt was a consultation for extractions. At my appt the office Staff and Dr. McFadden were super kind & supportive. I walked out feeling very confident that i will be in good hands. Thank you for a positive experience.
I had a lot of trepidation going into the visit. But my anxiety was eased as soon as I walked in. The young woman at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. And Kristine had such a wonderful sense of empathy. Dr. Jefferey was warm and friendly and very professional. The diagnosis was a very good result. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice.
The entire office was very friendly, welcoming, and explained every step of the process. I appreciated also having a bill overview and knowing that my insurance covered everything before doing any procedures from the x-rays to the surgery. My surgery was extremely smooth with sedation and the healing process is going very well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of wisdom tooth surgery!
