My son got his wisdom teeth extracted here recently. Dr. McFadden was friendly and professional, and he took extra time to educate us when we had questions about the X-rays. The extraction went well and he made himself available for questions about recovery later that day. Highly recommended.
Two of our daughters have had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the Livonia location and overall we have been pleased with the care they received. However, we did experience some communication challenges with our youngest daughter's recent procedure. I would suggest for future patients it could be helpful to specifically indicate in the written post-op instructions if any medications are prescribed for the patient. The most efficient and pleasant medical office experience ever! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Dr McFadden and everyone else there were so kind and treated me and my 14 yr old son very respectfully. We were in and out in under 30 minutes, including scans! Highly recommend!!
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed at once. I was very anxious about the procedure. Dr. McFadden and his team did a great job, they explained everything carefully and the whole process went fast. The post procedure care instruction was clear. I had a smooth recovery with little pain. A trustworthy place for the oral surgery.
I really appreciate Specialize Surgeon OMS in Livonia on 7 Mile and Farmington. I grandson recently had 4 of his wisdom teeth extracted. The staff was courteous, patient and polite. They answered all of my questions regarding his upcoming surgery. Dr. Betz was so nice and also explained how the procedure will be done.
