I came in on an emergent basis for severe pain from my wisdom teeth. I ended up getting an appointment the very next day for removal! Dr. Betz was incredible. He was very thorough in his instructions, had excellent bedside manner, and did a great job. His staff was just as amazing as he was. They comforted my anxiety, were thorough in their questionnaire, and were overall great.
Very impressed with this office. Had a small, but difficult dental emergency today. Natalie was outstanding in helping me get set up and getting an appointment. And Dr. McFadden really did a great job, even tho it was a difficult repair. The nurse was great also, but I did not get her name. Great office and staff.
I felt comfortable at this office. The staff work well together and help me, the patient, understand every detail of the procedure. From cost, pre and post operations. Everything went better than expected. Best of all doctor McFadden is the ace in the hole. He learned from the best, his Uncle, Doctor Weaver. I had tori removal done. Not an ordinary surgery. I wouldn’t want to go any other place.
Everyone that I interacted with at Specialized Surgeons was very nice. They answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done. As it turns out I need to see another doctor but Dr. McFadden supplied me with all the information I will need going forward. Very helpful, extremely kind and professional. I am happy to have had this experience
I would not go here. I explicitly explained at the beginning of the surgery I wanted my daughter to feel as little pain as possible. Instead of making her comfortable with the $125 nitrous they charged me for; they simply kept going as she cried tears of pain. Then the surgeon had the audacity to tell me that I was given the option to sedate her more and declined it at our consultation.
