Called on a Tuesday with a referral, and got an appointment for the following Monday. Everyone was great on the phone and in person. Surgery fully communicated during consultation. All questions answered, surgery was performed with no problems etc. Follow up call the next day to confirm all is well. 5 star experience because of a 5 star operation. : )
Dr. Betz has been great. He is friendly, takes time to explain the procedures, and answer any questions. The work he's done so far has all gone well. The tech and front office staff are all friendly and helpful.
Dr Betz was very professional, informative and treated me with the least amount of pain for my dental surgeries for implants. The office staff was great, as well.
Had to have two teeth extracted, no insurance. Staff was excellent. Dr Betz was very informative and efficient. They quoted me a price and ended up charging me less . Great experience.....
Both my husband and I had an appointment and both of us were very pleased with our experience. From the front desk to the doc everyone was professional, personable and were excellent in performing their duties. Great experience.
