Week 8 going on 9 and swelling is finally going down.
Let me start by saying that I've had a tummy tuck and liposuction in my back in April 2018 and so far I am happy with my work. Dr. Ortega is really good and he takes his time with you and explains things to you however, the staff is horrible. With the exception of MA Ortega and one other person the staff is rude and not helpful. You would think that their is no office manager and they report to themselves. Im back to normal now. Using biocorneum for scar treatment. I was using embrace but il always came off in the shower.
I recently seen Dr. Ortega on 4-13-18. I was his last client of the evening. Dr. Ortega was down to earth. He didn't make me feel like he was doing this for the money. He genuinely cares about his clients and, the outcome they want from their surgery. He does not rush his client he makes sure their comfortable and answers all their questions. I had my MMO May of 2018. After a couple of months I noticed my boobs began to be low but lower than I had anticipated due to having a lift done with implants put in. So I decided to speak with Dr. Ortega and we decided on another lift, extending my tummy tuck (I originally had a mini done), and I added lipo to the abdomen area. Omg I flew to Miami on April 2 went to my pre op which did take a long time but was well worth it next day at 515 went in for Surgery and the pain wasn’t so horrible when I woke up but let me tell you doctor Mel T Ortega is one of the best in Miami Florida when I tell you he did an amazing job he did pictures are coming soon from before and after.
The surgery did not take place. Both sides were not at fault. I have a gig blood pressure that won’t come down with my medication. They did give me prescription for Xanax to calm my nerves but it didn’t help. So to avoid complications the anesthesiologist decided to cancel my surgery. I nene met Dr. Ortega. What a shame. From start to finish, this facility stayed on top of everything and was very professional. The doctor who performed my surgery is Dr. Mel Ortega and he is great. He explained the process in detail. The follow thru with the Post Op, as far as what to do, wasn't explained as well but all in all, I still liked everyone that I came in contact with. My coordinator, Dominique, stayed in close contact with me and my Recovery nurse, Isabella, took great care of me. I enjoyed the experience.
