Dr. mel Ortega was very informative , he was clear about what to expect . The staff are extremely nice and supportive . Dr. Oretega was extremely careful and you can tell he was sure about what he was doing . I showed up scared and after talking to Dr. oretega I was more confident about going under and getting the surgery . Ladies & fellas if you want a nice experience I suggest Spectrum aesthetics . The staff care about what they are doing . Great positive environment

I am from Miami, but I am writing this review from Ecuador, why? Because I was finally healthy enough to travel. Being a mom of 3 kids is tough including on your body. That is why I could not be more grateful that I was referred to Dr. Ortega by one of my friends who got work done with him. I breastfed every one of my kids and the consequences on my body were hard. I love the fact that I could use my body to feed my kids but now that they are grown I needed to feel good about my body again. Can you even tell Im a mom of 2? No, right? That is all Dr. Ortega¨s doing!!! I hated the excess skin that built up over the years and it got worse when I had my babies. I was investigating plastic surgeons in the US and I found excellent reviews on Dr. Ortega. I went to see him in Miami and he helped me fix my body. You are great Dr. Ortega!!!

My body is the best body ever!!! Dr. Ortega made it happen when I flew to Miami. I was not sure about what to do with my body because I am a really lazy person and exercise was not an option. Luckily someone recommended me Spectrum Aesthetics. I live in Miami but I am from Ecuador and I was not sure about getting plastic surgery since in Ecuador no one gets this kind of thing done. OMG!!! Dr. Ortega is the best, seriously everyone should get their breasts done with him!!! I can´t even begin to express my happiness after getting my breasts done with him. They look so natural and I finally feel as sexy as ever. Thank God I flew to Miami to get this procedure done...it was worth every penny!!!

Look at me!!! I feel GREAT...I love my new body :) I have family in Miami and I went to visit them because I heard about Spectrum Aesthetics. I had been looking to lose my excess skin that I never seemed to be able to get rid of. It always made me feel self conscious. I saved and saved until I was finally able to get my Tummy Tuck done with Dr. Ortega. Literally the BEST doctor EVER, I highly recommend him!!!

If you were to take a look at my boobs...you´d see they are wonderful, you would never be able to tell I had something done to them. But I did, I had a Breast Lift. Ever since I breast fed, my boobs became saggy and I didn´t feel attractive. Now I definitely do and it is all thanks to Dr. Ortega who made them look wonderful!!!
