Dr. Ortega took my deflated B cups and filled them to be roughly a DD. He was very careful to make sure I knew what it was I wanted and the outcome was amazing! I’m only 3 days post op but they are perfectly symmetrical and you can tell that when they settle they will be perfect. I’m VERY happy with the outcome of the surgery. Im one week Post-Op from my breast augmentation. I flew from Chicago to Miami to have my surgery done by Dr. Ortega at Spectrum Aesthetics and I am very happy that I found him here on real self. I went today to see Dr.Ortega for my follow up and o get clearance to fly back home, I’m from Massachusetts. 3 hour flight ugh... Anyways I love my belly button he did an amazing job , & also love my lay stomach, only thing that’s worrying me right now is a purple little spot I got in my lower abdomen he said I could’ve gotten in from the garment, he prescribed me some medication and asked me to ice the area. An Up close look at my Scars they are getting better and better.. so many stretch marks and of course the never ending swelling!! My Breasts were reduced and lifted. They seemed to have scared the most.. but seamless as well. Extended Tummy tuck.. hip to hip. Thick scar tissue. Getting smaller. Lipo of the flanks didn’t seem to make any difference to me.. idk. I use vitamin E oil, and lotion daily. Scar treatment oil sometimes..
I went to spectrum aesthetics and got my tummy tuck. The best decision I ever made the results so far as been excellent. Dr Ortega is the best he did a excellent job and went over everything with me and his staff was very helpful and welcoming. I am in little pain just stiff. I tried to add a picture it will not let me.
Did a 360 lip and bbl and he is an amazing doctor very welcoming before and after surgery..Iam 4 days Post-op and I’m loving my outcome sofar i can tell the difference in my body and i can’t wait to see my final outcome. If i was to do any other work i would definitely come back to Dr.Oretga

I was always a pretty fit /skinny girl after having two kids I always bounced back but years later I had a procedure and in order to save my life they had to perform a classical incision on my abdomen.
