I’ve been following Spectrum for a while and I would love to have Dr Ortega to do my tummy. He has did a lot of women my size with great results. My co-worker is scheduled with he in two weeks and I can’t wait to see her results!
My results from Dr Ortega are currently a little uneven and I have a bit of a boxy shape with extra fat sitting high. I’m hoping that’ll settle during the “fluffing stage”. Either way, it’s a huge improvement from the before pics - I was Very flabby & frumpy before the BBL!
5 weeks ago today greatness happened lol. Waiting on my custom faja! I can’t wait bc this stage one and my first stage two I grew out of all ready. I’ll upload pics when it comes. I need more stomach compression bad! So I’m getting a waist trainer too
I’m scheduled for a BBL & LIPO 360 with Dr. Ortega on 5/26. They were able to fit me into a cancellation spot so it’s been a bit of a scramble to get labs, x-rays, and medical clearance from my primary doctor completed within a week (and to get all my supplies gathered up) but I’m so excited! So far, I’ve been really happy with the communication from his office and my coordinator, Tina, has been helpful and quick to respond. I’ll post before/after photos and updates soon!

I'm booked with Dr. Mel Ortega to get a breast lift on May 8,2020. My coordinator is Lizbeth. After she got my payment she has been no help at all. I dont appreciate how she was messaging in all caps for me to send her my information. It was really unprofessional as if she was yelling at me. Other than that I haven't really had any communication with the Dr other than sending in my photos. I have seen some of his work and I trust he will be deliver great results. My experience with this office was at minimum very scary. The level of unprofessionalism is at best scary. For my difficult to establish consult that i obtained. I was double booked with another young lady at the exact same time. We looked at each and nodded, not to big a deal, right? Wrong! 4 hours later we were seen . Well I haven't had surgery yet my date is March 28th 2020 with Dr. Mel Ortega at Spectrum Aesthetics. I have been following his work for about 5 years I started out wanting a BBL with another MD at the same facility but I always had my eye on him for a mommy makeover. My experience with Spectrum Cosmetics doctor Mel Ortega preformed my surgery. And it was everything I expected. I followed him for a year on social media. Two of my co-worker had surgery performed at spectrum in 2018. But recommend Dr. Mel Ortega even though they had went with a different surgeon.
