I’m 2 weeks away from my surgery date. I haven’t been cleared yet. I’m so concerned about the pain. And I have heard they don’t give much medication. But I hope things will be fine. I’m also traveling for this surgery anyone and any tips.
Well your boy this thing sure turned into a nightmare! I am not sure if I'm having so many complications because of a poor closure job from the surgeon or my body just rejecting the absorbable sutures but under my breast and my entire tummy area spit suture and did not close properly and I had open ones for months I still have two open ones on my stomach and I'm wearing a wound VAC 24/7! My breasts finally healed up thanks to the wound clinic.
I had a mommy makeover with Dr Ortega in Miami Fl on 3/08/18. I was very insecure with my small breast and after having 3 kids and 2 csections, I decided plastic surgery would be my best option. I am in love with my results and dr Ortega is the master of mommy makeovers, hands down!! Pics of me at 3 weeks when I first wake up, no swelling!!
So dollies i had to reschedule my mmo surgery due to tropical storm barry and let me tell you that the struggle is real because of my stupid airbnb host " luis" in Miami with his non compassionate self. And a waste of an airline ticket. Stupid barry messed up every now i have to a couple of weeks for another pay check or two . i will update you dollies as soon as i can .
I forgot to post my 1 day PO. But I went to the clinic and the nurse examined my incision and made sure I was draining well. I didn't see Dr. Ortega today. I forgot to get the nurse to administer my anti coagulant so I had to go to YouTube and ended up doing it myself. It wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be as I didn't feel a thing. The nurse also told me to eat because you lose so many electrolytes and stuff during the surgery. I also lost about 4 pounds, which wasn't intentional. My surgery date has changed from my original date to feb,2020. I have been in touch with Spectum, I have founded a recovery house that I’m about to book, it’s getting real I’m excited for the transformation and also a little bit nervous too cause it seems like I’m going to thug it out alone.
Well I’m here in Miami let me say this I thought surgery wasn’t going to happen but today yes today I got the call I’ve been waiting for I’ve been cleared...preop in the morning @930 then off to the recovery house
