I am so ready for this skin to be GONE
So I am 4 days postop today and i am feeling a whole lot better...not 100% and definitely having the most trouble when i sleep but feeling better during the day and not taking too many pain meds anymore...I will have a challenging day today with orientation at my childrens school butnit will be good to test myself. I was a patient of Dr. Ortega a year ago, got an breast augmentation. I decided to return to him for a BBL/Liposuction. I live in New YORK City and I did my research on the procedure, so i was ready!!! I had sent my pre- op pictures to Stephanie ( the consultant) and she said that Ortega didnt think...from looking at my pictures, that I had enough fat for Lipo. Looks like I'm going to be staying at Assistance4life with Kayla and Maria?? Any reviews on this place? I'm a tad bit concerned because they didn't respond to my email of questions....it always worries me when people don't like to get business done in writing, especially businesses that have no real 'standards' to meet or guidelines to follow. I did put in a call and we will see how that all works out.....my other option was Keylas O recovery house.... I seen only one bad review on her though. Any input will help ????
So I’ve been on Amazon searching supplies and adding them to my SX list while I continue shopping around for the best prices. I’ve been shopping for a few more maxi dresses that I can wear and change out during recovery. I refused to pay $30 & $40 each for them! I came across a site called Dress Head. Ok so I'm back to getting myself ready for surgery. My new date is 4/19 I gotta lose 20 pounds but I want a traveling partner ???? my friend went last week alone and it made realize I don't wanna go by myself. Of course friends and family are like I'm not letting you go down there alone but it's not the same as someone going thru the same exact process so let me know I'm coming from Philly btw, ttyl ????
Got bbl this morning instead of tt. Ortega thoughr it be best to perform lipo on upper tummy and back fat then do tt and breast which was ok with me cause i didnt want the fat back. Im not sure how many cc I'll ask follow up appt tomorrow morning.
BBL was July 2016. My results are not good. I knew the day after sx that the left buttock was not shaped good but Dr. Ortega said "give it time". The time never came. It looks awful (even in jeans). It's bad enough that I ended up with an infection but to have the results I have makes it so much worse. I have cellulite so I didnt expect total perfection but I did not expect to look like 2 different people on each side. I look at it every day and it makes me regret my decision constantly.
I'm looking for assurance, I am have completed my consult and I will be getting an extended Tummy Tuck with Lipo of Flanks. Im naturally a coke bottle shape, i just want my midsection gone! I think i'm 100% decided on Dr Ortega in Miami. I seen many positive results from his work, But still a little indecisive. I'm going to have my procedure done in Oct 2016. I'm super excited yet a bit worried about pain. I plan on staying at a recovery house while i'm there. I welcome any feeback anyone can offer.
