Hello Im a 42 yr's old woman with 2 young adults. Im not happy with the body I have, so I decided to have BBL surgery Im looking at Dr. Mel Ortega for this procedure. Has anyone had surgery with him? Or any information on him and his staff? And if so can you please send me pictures of his work. Trying to pick the right Dr. Thank you for your time and help.

Hey ladiesss! I'm so excited i've decided to go with Dr. Ortega and my sx date is quicklyyyy approaching! it is scheduled for November 22nd!! Since i'm in school still I scheduled it over Thanksgiving break and i'm just hopinggg I feel up to going back to class after I get this done lol Now that I have my date im working on getting post surgery supplies and i SWEAR this is the most overwhelming part!! Any tips or important items I should be getting?? HELP
It was pretty expensive. So many doctors rejected me they said Dr Ortega was very negligent all he did was insert fat in my butt without properly analyzing if it would fit my body type or not his office is like a factory of women coming in and out he does not care about the results or fitting the proper butt to your body type. If you’re going to get surgery I highly recommend you look for a doctor that doesn’t take on so many women in one day and one that actually cares about giving you a butt that fits your body type. It's been a few weeks since I've posted any updates or pics so I figured I'd check in real quick. I'm 6 1/2 weeks post op and feel great. I've had no complications with healing. The morning boob doesn't happen anymore. My incisions are fully closed, but I continually wear silicone scar sheets over them for protection and to prevent my sports bras from rubbing against them. Hey! I love my booty it's big and round! I get sooooo many compliments! I do wish Ortega had a little more projection but overall I think he did good! He took a lot of fat out! Overall I would say I'm happy with my results the only complaint is the customer service! It's horrible! The staff were rushing me out of surgery.. very unorganized and sometimes slightly rude. Ladies and doctors do you have any encouraging tips for going under heneral anesthesia. I have had no surgeries, and this would be my first time. I am in general good health and i shouldnt have worries but we all know how the initial thought of going under is.
They are horrible and I mean horrible!! My coordinate doesn't return calls barely at all I have to harass her.. I emailed her 2x Friday after I paid my deposit because she said a massage would be included but it wasn't on the contract & still yet to get a reply! But they are pretty good so I guess if you don are about communities as long as you know your not going to die then screw the communication Lmaooo.. But honestly as long as my surgery is well with no complications then idc
Getting a second round with Dr. Dowbak June 21. Any dowbak dolls ? My first round was with dr. Ortega terrible job, I even went back and got a revision and he still didn’t do it right and they go over what they think is right.I’m in need of more lipo and hips.
