My recovery is going okay I guess as far as pain.However, I don't feel like I will be happy with my results.I was told my coordinator that my pre-op appointment would be the day before my surgery.I then specifically asked if they were open on Sundays since we scheduled my appointment for Monday 12/5/2016.She told me they were open every day until 6pm and that I did'nt need an appointment for my pre op and i could come in anytime before 6.I found out that friday before my surgery that they are not open on sundays and i would ... read more
Dr. Ortega is The best!!!
Let me tell you ladies a little information about me! I am 6 feet, 207 lbs,and I have 3 children. I had two knee replacements and back surgery so I am unable to work out. Yes, I am fully recovered but I can't do the strain that comes with losing pounds and burning calories due to my back etc. I am waiting for Mel Ortega's coordinator to give me a call so I can pay for the deposit. Dr. Ortega had a special going on for 4499 on Real Self when you get in the office its 5900 but the coordinator emily gave me the total of 5500 with a discount they shouldn't have the special up just to draw people into the office and give them a different price. The doctor was nice and listened to my concerns he just doesn't honor the specials
I have always wanted bigger breasts. Everyone in my immediately family have size C-DD breasts. I also wanted fullness in my breasts which I clearly lacked. I did my research and ultimately settled on Dr. Ortega after reading the reviews on RealSelf. Pros - I had a swift recovery. - I don't mind the size, though I wish they were a little bigger and higher. Going on a year post bbl and I can say I hate my results. One of my butt cheeks is larger then the other one. Also my stomach looks terrible from the lipo. I didn't have the best body before the surgery being that I have had kids but I expected better results then this. I plan on getting a second bbl from another surgeon within the year.
He and his staff are completely unprofessional. He doesn't give you the results you want, and the customer service is terrible. There is no post operative instruction from him. He's never available to talk before or after surgery. He rushes you in and rushes you out, but he will ask if he could perform another procedure on you prior to kicking you out the door. I was left with indents in my right buttock, no instructions, fibrosis and keloids. Do not patronize this doctor or the Spectrum facility.
