Never received a reply to email to order. Order took to long to get after payment. I think I will stay with one of your competitors who are timely and replies back.
Some times I get orders and they as advertised on the box this happened to me twice 1ididnt get the pastel hearts 2 ididnt get the matching panty on my last order could you indicate if the items not included in purchase but your service is good☺

ordered some lingerie received all wrong sizes returned lingerie ordered new lingerie got wrong sizes retuned now they will only give me store credit for stuff that I don't want to ordered to get wrong sizes again they told me they have many different manufacturers but I've ordered 20 different items all wrong sizes say 3/4x but are more like small the customer service is poor and don't offer any kind of timely Reponses
I purchased my Lingerie for my wedding to surprise my husband and he loved everything that I purchased. Everything fit perfectly! I love everything. The Lingerie is beautiful, I feel sexy and my new husband loves the way I look! I was looking for a long peach Lingerie like one that I wore 28 years ago that my husband loved, I found one close, last night I tried it on and it fit amazingly, this gown is beautiful! he has not seen it yet but I know when he does it will a night to remember!
It took a while to be notified about my refund. And it took a while for my second purchase to even be shipped. So I would say that you would improve upon the time it takes for you to get stuff done.
