Had something on backorder it was never sent to me nor was an email saying that they cancelled it after 30 days was still charged for the item and it was a fight to get my money back. Super not happy with this company will never use them again

Ordered and paid. Delivery noted but post office lost my order or delivered it to someone else. I followed the process and NO ONE cared. It's left on my hands. If you cared about new clients or any client, you could have tried to help me. Instead, OH WELL. You can write those off with your business....I can't. NEVER ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN just for your lack of commitment and customer concerns. It's not your fault the post office didn't deliver correctly, but it wasn't mine either.....you suck

Could have been better. Items ordered only two arrived. i should have been notified that all items were not sent!!

Great product. But had bad customer relation experience when trying to return a item.

Never responded to emails. They took the money for the transaction then gave it back. Couldn't find out if the order was canceled. Then all of a sudden a few weeks later they took the money again and finally shipped. Would not recomend.

Great products, great prices.. But once you order, you don’t get a confirmation or any updates about shipping until you just about get the package, so a lot of work needs done to fix it.
