Sizes not true to size. Return policy inflexible, even for goods that have NOT been worn. Will never order from here again.
Took forever to be ordered and shipped. Paid extra for shipping thinking I would receive it in a couple days, but it took a couple days and over a week to process the order to be shipped. Called to speak with someone, left a message to be contacted and was never contacted. Be prepared to wait a long time for your order and get no response back
My order did NOT arrive in the timeframe specified. I paid extra for quick shipping and my order was NOT processed until atleast 3business days which meant it arrived after when i needed it by.
I ordered something on the 3rd of May I received it on Sunday May 6th which was my request the estimated delivery day was Tuesday May 8 they delivered it on Sunday May 6th I was so surprised and so happy it's my husband's birthday and I wanted to surprise him it was something sexy they help me do that it definitely worth every penny I spent thank you
I liked the items I received, but one item was on backorder and I was never notified. I had to send two emails to finally hear back.
The top couldn't have fit an A cup
The shipping time is ridiculous, even though I paid an additional$8 for two day shipping it still took forever to receive my order.
Shipping times took 3 times longer than is reasonably expected. Using The UPs innovations shipping method is unprofessional and slow. I will think twice before ordering again
Not true to size. More like a small and wasn't even the same color as the picture.
