We reached out to several lenders and before any others had responded to set up a call, Stephanie had already sent us our full pre-approval package within 24 hours. She and her team made sure we had all the information we needed and promptly answered questions whenever we had them. I am SO glad I talked to Glen the night he called!! I was just beginning the process of looking at refinancing my mortgage because rates were looking pretty good.
