Highly trained staff that works well together in delivering efficient, personalized care to each patient. The PT's on staff really get to know you - first as a patient; then as a person, to be able to optimize your recovery time and performance. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, a lot of PT equipment and services, easy appointments and the staff work wonderfully together like clock work. They know their stuff and are in it for the right reasons.
This PT was reccomended by my PC after on the job injury. The therapists and techs are the best & really make you feel welcome. Everyones knowledgable and willing to help you get to your goals. The front desk always gets me in on short notice and I never have to wait for my appt. Try them if you want to feel better!!!
First visit went well 2 weeks after hip replacement. Third week, second visit my husband dropped me off and I was seen to by a junior/warm up therapist and he had me do exercises from first visit for 10 minutes or so, then said pt would be right over. I did another 10 minutes by myself as I watched the pt guy I'd had the previous week across the large, open therapy room, working with somebody else. This place came from a word of mouth recommendation. The office is very nice with a lot of equipment & many treatment tables dotting the outer perimeter. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming & the PT I met with was pretty nice & determined to solve my issue. I feel I received great care and attention the first three times and then the care and attention became inconsistent. I had an issue with one of the PT techs on my 4th visit.
