10/10! All staff members I work with are kind and knowledgeable at every session. All my questions and concerns are always addressed. The site occupational therapist is not only knowledgable, but she truly has a passion for her job and it shows. The site director is always walking around helping, checking in on staff, clients and all around great person who also shows his passion for the job. Thank you to all those apart of my care team.
My 2nd therapy on consecutive days with Nathan at 99th Avenue near Camelback Road was tough. I was tired from lack of sleep from pain racquetball knees then hip when I sat in Lazy Boy. Too soft and in upright position my feet down reach the ground. But it was another great exercise session on Wednesday, stretching, etc. Afterwards I was refreshed because my legs were good. Everyone here is super nice and I really liked my therapist. 3 stars bc they are making me get a referral after missing 2 appointments. In my defense I did call an hour before the first appointment to let them know I couldn’t make it but they didn’t answer the phone and it didn’t give me an option for vm. The 2nd time I completely just forgot but now they are making me start all over again and get a new referral before I can come back.
I’ve had numerous PT from other companies and have never achieved what I’ve achieved through Spooner PT. Maddie the PT and all of the PT assistants are very professional and personal. I would recommend them to anyone.
I'd give 10 stars if I could!! Steven is a phenomenal therapist! Takes the time to get to know the client and makes sure you're comfortable and progressing on or ahead of schedule. Very friendly and thorough. I recommend them for your physical therapy needs!
