Good and bad. They helped me with my dizzyness, where no one else could. But with my hip replacement after surgery, they tried to pass me off to someone else because my therapist forgot to tell me he was going away, there was always something else going in the large room on the other side, that didn't look like it was related to PT. I thought there was lack of personal caring, and won't be back.
I have been going to Spooner for several years off and on. I first went there after knee replacement and saw Aaron. He was tough, thorough and very knowledgeable. He also worked on my wife before she passed away. I was sent back there after major back surgery. Presently working with Miss Becky patton. Her skill, patience, integrity and at times humor have gotten me threw some rough spots. She doesn't give up until she finds a solution. I came to Spooner Physical Therapy after a procedure to unlock a frozen shoulder. From the first day, they took excellent care of me. The facilities were clean and well equipped with everything necessary to assist me in my recovery. The staff was well trained and remembered my name each time I walked in there. Holly and Hannah were my Physical Therapists. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my condition. Two big thumbs up.
Mark is amazing. He manipulated my back with incredible skill and precision.
I used Spooner PT after my motorcycle accident in 2013, and was so pleased, I went back after my knee replacement surgery last year. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have not run into one person that was unpleasant to deal with. And my outcomes have been exceptional. Aaron, Mark, Clayton - you guys rock! And the 'exercise nazis' techs (all of them) - make a difficult task much easier to deal with! I highly recommend - you will not be unhappy!
After Achilles' tendon repair surgery, I began my physical therapy at this location. The owner, also a physical therapist, saw me personally and constantly monitors my progress. I had an unfortunate wound open up under my initial cast. When I expressed the soonest I could get in was a month, they made calls on my behalf and less than 48 hours later I was in front of the best wound care specialist. I love Spooner Physical Therapy Estrella Center ! Due to a few knee surgeries & Fibromyalgia I've been going there off & on for 4 years or so. The front office staff is topnotch. They are so kind and helpful to get the schedule you need. All the physical therapist are wonderful & friendly. Spooners has helped me tremendously on my back I had surgery 7 months ago and I had problems with pain and spooners his help relieve the pain through their exercise program that's specifically made for me I'm very happy that I went to spooners they've done a good job for me and a lot of my pain is gone away I am very grateful.
I've had vertigo since 2008 and there after yearly. My worse vertigo episode was back in December 2013 and up until now. I was referred to this clinic for a vertigo Theraphy and was skeptical because I've had severe vertigo that won't leave me, and my previous doctor did some exercise Theraphy on me and made it worse.
