I have been going to Spooner Estrella for 4 yrs now. Doing the FIT program with Rhonda Robertson-Trollman, fitness Instructor. The exercise classes are challenging. I highly recommend Spooner Estrella Physical therapy for those in need of therapy or want to maintain a good physical condition.

I had a back surgery 7 weeks ago to fix a couple of herniated discs. I was referred to Spooner at this location from my surgeon's office who's just upstairs in the same building. I'm glad I went and did 3 weeks instead of the usual four that my surgery would require post-operatively. Kevin was my physical therapist, but to say that I worked with him most of the time would be a lie. I would get there and he'd do a few stretches with me and rub my incision area to keep the scar tissue tip top, or whatever. He was really nice... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Made apt. post surgery as recommended by my dr. They cancelled days before apt. Rescheduled for today. They confirmed apt. yesterday, requested I fill out 10 pg. form then cancelled today hours before apt. because therapist called in for "personal reasons". Pick another place that is not as flaky and mismanaged.

I have just returned from what was supposed to have been a 1-hour session of physical therapy for an injury for which an orthopedic surgeon recommended physical therapy. I cut the session short due to the issue detailed below. I recently was a PT patient at the Glendale 99th Ave location. I was just forceably discharged prematurely today from my pt program working with Stephanie Adib PT and Mark McGovern PTA at the Glendale location. I was told that I was forceably being discharged because I had some mental health symptoms during session a few times and was having some challenges being able to do all of the exercises. Treated me like family for months ! I had a rough go after the loss of my wife . According to them I said inappropriate things to the staff and other clients . My bad I lost my wife less tan 6 weeks ago . Sorry I wasn't an uptight gym rat and I said what I said . They contacted me about my inappropriate behavior and told me I was no longer allowed there . I had a tramatic brain injury from a motor vehicle accident and was seen by Spooner Physical therapy. I was not able to walk well. They saw me two times then refused to see me again unless I signed a lein on my medical benefits. I paid my co-pay both times and they billed my insurance for the balance. We are now trying to settle my accident and they billed my attorney for $916.00 for two 1 hour visits. I will never go back. Penny R.
