Ray was very polite and explained everything they were going to do on the car. Unfortunately the tech was unable to recreate the squeak so I'll need to bring the car back. Ray was extremely accommodating, and also all staff I came in contact with made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed while waiting. Excellent first-time experience!
