I have always had a positive experience from the first I walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff is always friendly. The Facility is clean and bright. I usually schedule my service visits during the week. I was received by Andres, who had been let down by one of his colleagues who was supposed to look after me for my 12 noon appointment , and took over with enthusiasm and energy, all the way through to a sale. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Even the financial aspects were handled smoothly and efficiently by David Fant, snd the whole process: testing, negotiating, licensing, paying registering, and insuring were completed in about 2 1/2 hours. We showed up because my wife was in a rollover crash after being T-Boned that totaled her CX5 but saved her and our 10 year old son.
