They were very busy, so it took a while for my service to be done. But, Shane was apologetic and walked with me out to my car when the work was done.

Sport Mazda has had by far the best service of any dealership I have been to. The communication from the advisors is stellar and the video inspection is a perk that I love. The waiting area is clean and comfortable for waiting. The biggest thing I appreciate is that when my car has needed recall work Sport Mazda has offered a loaner without me asking, saving me stress and anxiety because I depend on my car for my job.
