Went in for a service, and the car needed a lot of things done. Nearly $3,000 worth. I've asked about using my warranty. Brought it down to $1,700. Got a loaner car and it was done by end of day. Picked out up the next day. This time they remembered to do the car wash.
Business response:
We’re glad the warranty cut your repair cost and that a loaner car kept you on the road while we worked on your Mazda CX-9. Knowing that your CX-9 was ready the next day and that you appreciated the car wash means a lot to our service department.
