Great customer service from start to finish. Christmas Eve day I decided to get my SUV, after researcing my heart set for Mazda CX 5. First walked in was greeted by reception and she seeked a salesperson Julio. Great personality and very patient. I specifically went to buy the Platinum Quartz Preferred model. We have been going to Mazda North for many years. The staff is fantastic, service is great and I would highly recommend Jose Ramos the salesman for anyone who is looking to get a Mazda.
Ray Navas was my Advisor. He is very professional but yet customer friendly, and quite knowledgeable in his job. He keeps me informed as the work progress and does not pressure you to do unnecessary work.
Salesman was very helpful, but there was poor communication between departments. I had to call several times to get my car shipped. I was promised a full tank of gas and it arrived empty. They did mail me a check after I called to complain.
