Friendly, professional, timely with the oil change/tire rotation. Pleasantly large waiting area for customers that sneed to work while at the dealership. Bathrooms were clean
Drop off was quick and the service advisors all worked as a team and were very nice. Tyler communicated what was needed for our repair within a couple of hours. Our engine light had come on and it turned out that all we needed was a new gas cap. They didn’t try to upsell other services and the cost was very reasonable.

Mazda North has always been very receptive to explaining any issues that have come up with my car. Their service department is always very friendly I feel very comfortable.
Ask for Jose Ramos. SUPER patient, not pushy, goes the extra mile. And did I say patient? He let me go back and forth between several cars and never made it seem annoying. Ask for him if you want to buy a car, you will not be disappointed!

Overall they are very good. Wait time seems a little long especially when you have an appointment. They did forget to put the oil change sticker inside the windshield this time.
